Lumino AI Terms of Service

Effective 9 September 2026. These terms govern Lumino AI GPU Cloud, hosted Model APIs, credits, billing, developer tools, data, and acceptable use.

GPU Cloud terms

GPU rentals are subject to live capacity. Compute is metered per second at the displayed hourly rate and may be deducted in periodic billing cycles. Persistent storage continues billing while allocated, including when compute is stopped. Customers are responsible for securing workloads, monitoring active resources, and keeping independent backups.

Hosted Model API terms

Model API usage may be billed by input, output, reasoning, or cached tokens, or by media-specific units shown in the catalog. Streaming usage processed before a disconnect or cancellation may remain billable. Each retry is a separate request unless an endpoint documents idempotency. Model availability, providers, versions, context limits, prices, and rate limits may change.

Accounts, acceptable use, and data

Customers must protect passwords, API keys, SSH credentials, and account access. Cryptocurrency mining, malware, unauthorized access, fraud, illegal content, and attempts to bypass security, billing, or rate limits are prohibited. Data handling is also described in the Privacy Policy.

Billing disputes and contact

Prepaid credits are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Billing disputes, legal notices, abuse reports, and security reports may be sent to connect@luminoai.in. Lumino AI is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
